The regular monthly SMTD Board of Trustees meeting scheduled for Monday, March 23, 2020, has been cancelled due to recommendations on social distancing regarding COVID-19 from the governor and the CDC.

Should essential business require a meeting of the board, we will evaluate the situation at that time and act based on restrictions and recommendations pertinent at that time.

Our next meeting is currently scheduled for April 27th. As we approach that date, we will make a decision on whether or not a meeting is necessary, and, if so, the logistics of the meeting based on the restrictions and recommendations in effect at that time. Whatever decision is made will be announced publicly in a timely manner.
