The Springfield-Sangamon County Regional Planning Commission has released a draft for the Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) for fiscal years 2016-2019 for public review. A Public Informational Meeting will be conducted as part of the SATS Technical Committee meeting on Thursday, September 3rd, 2015 starting at 8:30 AM in the Regional Planning Commission office.
