The Memorial Holiday Fest shuttle will offer free rides while circling the downtown center to make moving around the festivities easier for all – especially those with mobility issues. Rides are provided from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturdays from Nov. 27 through Dec. 18. The red and green SMTD shuttle will be easy to spot and will make multiple stops around Old State Capitol Plaza and the surrounding area for easy accessibility:
Union Station (Madison Street): Tree lighting, Santa visits, Gingerbread Village at ALPLM
Seventh and Adams: Crafts and décor at Lincoln Library
Sixth and Capitol: Hoogland’s “Living Windows”
Fourth and Capitol: Student trees at INB
