Need Help Planning Your Trip? Call a Dispatcher

Note: If you have questions about catching a bus right now, please call our dispatch at (217) 522-5531 instead of completing a form.

Dispatchers for the SMTD service will be happy to help you plan your trip on the SMTD buses. Be prepared to tell them the intersection closest to your current location, so they can determine the closest bus stop to you, where you want to go, and what time you need to reach your destination.

They will be able to tell you where to board the bus, the time you need to be at the bus stop and what bus to transfer to, so that you may complete your trip.

Call a Dispatcher at (217) 522-5531

Passenger Feedback, Dispute Resolution & ADA Resolution

At any time, if you are not totally satisfied with the service provided by our dispatchers or drivers or have a suggestion for a service change, for either SMTD or Access Sangamon, please call and ask for the Superintendent of that respective service.

If the Superintendent does not address your concern to your satisfaction, submit your comments below and it will be reviewed by the Customer Service Department to be forwarded to the Director of Operations. Anonymous and/or insulting or otherwise inappropriate emails may be discarded by reviewing staff without further action.
